Project description: JSC Inekstra in cooperation with JSC Unitectus have reconstructed a building, situated in Besborough Gardens 2, London, and adapted it to the needs of the embassy – replaced the elevators, re-planned the premises, made new interior decoration and re-installed the engineering systems. "MAXIMA" shopping center in Tuskulėnų St., Vilnius

Project description: Shopping center in Tuskulėnų St. Vilnius Construction part JSC Inekstra, Architecture JSC Unitectus Building dimensions in plan 85,00x70,80 m. Maximum building height from ground level reaches ≈ 11,0 m, underground part ≈ 3,5 m. The building consists of one thermal block. Spans between columns alternate - from 3,00 to 24,00 m. Overall area of the object ~5200 m2. Main carcass constructions are from assembled reinforced concrete and covering is from steel.

"MAXIMA" commercial building in Vilniaus St. 93, Raseiniai

Special construction, technical and work projects. Construction part JSC Inekstra in cooperation with JSC Unitectus have designed a 1-2 storey commercial building. The main material for wall decoration is sandwich plates. HPL plates are attached on the panels in logo and accent areas. A three-layered composite aluminium plate and gray-tinted glass is used in framing the accent areas, which form canopies over the main entrance. Building construction – assembled g/b carcass, metal trusses and under-trusses, supporting steel beams, profiled steel floor cover, bearing stone walls. Architects: T. Mazūras, J. Kiaurakytė, J. The building consists of one thermal block. Spans between columns alternate - from 3,00 to 24,00 m. Overall area of the object ~3600 m2. Main carcass constructions are monolithic, from assembled reinforced concrete and stone, covering is from steel and assembled reinforced concrete. Project part manager. Author's supervision.
