A unique three-storey residential apartment building with an attic and basement floor is being designed in the Neighbourhood of Antakalnis. Overall area of the building - 1565 m2. The building is designed to have 14 apartments. The basement floor will have 17 parking spaces. There will be playgrounds and pedestrian trails set up in the courtyard.

Building: The designed building consists of three seven-storey blocks. Two blocks are designed to be used as administrative and commercial premises (blocks K1 and K2), and the third block will be used as residential premises - apartments (block G). The blocks are linked together by a basement floor, where car parking will be available. Overall area of the building is around 9300 m2.

Project description:
The designed building consists of three seven-storey blocks set on the stylobate (car parking area). Two blocks are designed to be used as administrative and commercial premises, and the third block will be used as residential premises - apartments. The blocks are linked together by a basement floor, where car parking will be available. Courtyard of the building is raised 1-1,8 m above ground level, which will have a separate recreation area for staff working in administrative premises and a separate courtyard for apartment residents. Part of the courtyard will be located on the roof of the car parking area. Residential courtyard is designed to have trails, lawns, children's playground, passive recreation area, benches, shrubs and decorative plants. Administrative part of
the courtyard is designed to have a lawn, trails, benches and small decorative plants.
